Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic massage is the manual manipulation of the body's soft tissue, and it's generally used for the reduction of stress and pain. Because many diseases are exacerbated by stress, therapeutic massage can help a person become healthier and more resistant to disease.

Reflexology

The theory is that the whole body is represented in the feet/hands/ears. When you apply pressure to certain areas of the foot it will affect a corresponding body part/area. Some people can experience complete body relaxation with a reflexology session focused on the feet.  

Pregnancy Massage

Massage is great during pregnancy since the body is going through so many changes it helps give physical and mental relief.  Massage can be received during all trimesters of their pregnancy. As they progress through the trimester's they will be in a side-lying position for the massage. 

Mobile Chair Massage

Busy lifestyle? Save time by having me come to your home and relax in the comfort of your own home! All I need is enough space to set up my massage table and we are set!
