My Background
Arlene Estrella graduated from the Ann Arbor Institute of Massage Therapy in August 1998. Born and raised in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, she moved to Southern California to pursue a career in Massage Therapy. She worked in the spa industry and has also practiced in conjunction with local chiropractors, and with major corporations doing onsite chair massage. In November 2010 Arlene moved to O'ahu, Hawaii settling on the Leeward coast in Kapolei.

Arlene is an active member of the American Massage Therapy Association participating in various local massage therapy awareness events. She also has been Board Certified since 1999.

When Arlene is not working in her practice you can find her in the ocean, participating in outrigger canoe races. Also, Arlene believes in giving back to the community and has been an active member of the Rotary Club of Kapolei supporting their various community service and fundraising activities.
Arlene has a passion for life - always searching for a new experience, to grow as a person in order to help others find passion in their own lives. She is eager to help those who are dedicated to assisting others - she delights in being a 'caregiver to the caregivers'. Arlene expresses her intent this way: "I am not here to fix or heal you. I am here to facilitate your own inner wisdom and knowledge to heal yourself."
Through her bodywork, you will be in a safe and comforting environment. Bringing together a broad knowledge of various modalities such as traditional Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Pregnancy Massage. Arlene tailors each session to what your body needs that day.
